The Cameron is definatey the place to live. I have watched a Management company listen to concerns and work hard to address them. They are consistent with making repairs immediately, being available during working hours to listen, decorate during various holidays, maintaiining a clearn and safe environment and continuting to be one of the most modern fabulous luxury apartment complexes around the DC area.

Really nice. I would recommend it and I have to many friends.

The location is great, grounds well kept, unit layout great and the overall appearance is awesome. The rooftop pool is a plus and great to see residents enjoying it; the gym facilities - mmm ok?? Giant, CVS, different restaurants and the metro just walking distance from the Cameron’s front door.

It is an excellent apartment building with modern apartments and a great view.

The Cameron advertised that they had free wiifi access on their 15th floor and two Business Center rooms available. Since the first day I moved in, the wiifi has not worked and there is only one room with a computer that doesn't open until 9am. One of the reason's I chose this place was to have technology accessible. I am very disappointed. I have been given the impression that I was falsely informed in order to encourage me to lease with the Cameron.

I love living here. It is so much better than my last apartment complex. My only concern is renewal, I've been burned in the past by my last apartment complex. Hoping for a much better response this time around. Amenities are great. Would like if if the pool would be open later in the evening, but I understand contracts were signed. Pepco and ISTA (Water/Sewage) bills so far have been below expectations on most accounts. All my interactions with all the staff have been great. When I've had small things go awry Maintenance has been up either the same day or the next business day. None of my problems were ever an emergency. In fact I've recommended The Cameron to 3 of my friends who now live here too.
